Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment and Technology Selection: Evaluate and choose suitable equipment and technologies for different stages of biogas production, such as pre-treatment, anaerobic  digestion and gas purification.
2. Process Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and optimize processes for biogas production and purification from organic feedstocks, including anaerobic digestion and gas upgrading systems.
3. Mass and Energy Balance: Develop and maintain detailed facility mass and energy balances, involving process and instrumentation design and development.
4. Equipment Specification: Provide detailed specifications for all process equipment during the design phase of projects.
5. Technical Solutions and Competitive Advantage: Identify multiple technical solutions to demonstrate value propositions and competitive advantages.
6. Commissioning and Startup: Lead commissioning, startup, and optimization activities for new biogas plant installations.
7. KPI Monitoring and Corrective Actions: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to maintain and optimize plant efficiency and reliability.

8. Operational Support: Provide operational support for issues related to biogas production processes, collaborating closely with operations and maintenance teams.

9. Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in process design, data analysis, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
